1. About these Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. “Ours,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ours Health, the operator of tryours.com, located at 12636 High Bluff Drive, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92130, United States. Public support channels will be listed on the Contact Us page before clinical services are offered.
2. Information—not medical advice
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information on this site.
3. Telehealth services and clinical decisions
If telehealth services are made available through Ours, they are available only where permitted by law and only after an appropriate clinical evaluation. Healthcare professionals exercise independent clinical judgment regarding eligibility, diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions. A visit to this site or completion of any future intake does not guarantee a consultation, prescription, insurance coverage, or a particular outcome.
4. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be at least 18 years old to use any adult telehealth service offered through Ours, unless a future service expressly states otherwise. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when requested and not to use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive purposes. Do not submit another person’s information without authorization.
5. Electronic communications
If you provide contact information through an authorized Ours experience, you agree that Ours and the applicable care provider may communicate with you using the method you select, subject to applicable law and the relevant consent or notice. The public website does not currently provide a general-purpose health-information submission form.
6. Third-party services
This site may link to or rely on third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. If a clinician prescribes medication, any pharmacy, laboratory, payment processor, or other service provider involved in fulfillment remains responsible for its own services and legal obligations.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the Ours name, logo, design, copy, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Ours and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit website content without prior written permission.
8. Changes to the website or Terms
We may update the website or these Terms as the service evolves. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
9. Questions
For questions about these Terms or the website, visit Contact Us. These Terms will receive final legal review and any required entity, jurisdiction, dispute-resolution, and consumer-rights disclosures before an active patient intake or commercial service is launched.
